Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current availability: The DirectSpool Community agent and developer SDK are in pre-release. This website does not currently accept payments for DirectSpool Business Cloud, software subscriptions, or add-on purchases. No fees are charged through this website today.

1. Free Community software

Community downloads and open-source SDK resources provided free of charge have no purchase price and therefore no purchase refund. Use of third-party services or paid hardware is separate.

2. GitHub Sponsors contributions

Voluntary contributions made through GitHub Sponsors are processed by GitHub and its payment partners. To request a refund for a sponsorship, use GitHub's own support and refund procedures. DirectSpool cannot directly reverse payments that it does not process.

3. Future paid DirectSpool services

Business Cloud, commercial support, advanced modules and subscription plans are under development and are not currently for sale through this website. Before any paid checkout is enabled, DirectSpool will display the applicable prices, billing cycle, cancellation instructions, refund conditions and any mandatory local consumer rights at or before purchase. No paid plan is created by visiting this site or using the free Community software.

4. Incorrect or unrecognized charges

If a charge appears to be related to DirectSpool, first identify the merchant named on your bank or card statement. For a charge actually collected by DirectSpool, contact [email protected] with the transaction date, amount, payment provider and invoice or reference number. Never email full card numbers, passwords, security codes or pairing tokens. We will investigate and address verified duplicate or erroneous charges under the applicable payment-provider terms and law.

5. Applicable rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection or other laws. Where paid services are introduced, their checkout-specific policy will govern the purchase, subject to mandatory law.
